These loafers are made with leather which is extremely supple and marginal creases are expected, so please do not see this as a defect.

The footwear is very nice but one suggestion , would be better if no pearls on the heel. Wil tend to come off n then footwear is of no use .
Would u repair the same with plain heel in future
? My review is not on Olivia . Exchanged it for Perla.
