SKO insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by SKO, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, usually 5-7 business days. This may get delayed during the sale period or if discounted products purchased. SKO is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
For orders within India, non-discounted merchandise is eligible for free shipping on Prepaid.
Returns & Exhanges for International Deliveries
We are a company based in India and returns and exchanges are not POSSIBLE for any international shipments, please reach out to email@example.com and we will try to address your concern to the best of our ability but NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS would be POSSIBLE.
If ordering from outside India you may have to pay import duties or other taxes. SKO is not liable for these charges and these need to be paid by the customer, if any. These charges are based on each countries own rules and regulations and as such we have no control on this.
Import taxes vary from country to country and they depend on the value of your goods. If you have any uncertainity regarding this please consult your national import office’s website
